Flamed orange peels and other flamed garnishes are not only interesting to see, they play a role in the flavor and aroma of a cocktail. Unfortunately, the butane smell from lighters ruins all but the aesthetic of this technique, and many cocktail craftspeople have abandoned the flamed disc garnish.

The Bittercube Cocktail Cedar is made from only the highest grade A and AA Spanish Cedar and contains very little oil or resin. It is designed to be lit using any flame source and provide you 30-40 sec-onds of steady, even, pure flame, meaning multiple cocktails can be flamed with each splint.

Sold in bundles of 25 Cedars.
