These bitters are a rich and perky blend of coffee and chocolate with a complex undertone of dark spices.

Pairings: Perfect in a White Russian or in your favourite rum, bourbon or whisky cocktail. Can also be used in baked goods in place of vanilla extract. Add to your hot chocolate, Irish coffee, or drizzle over vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients: Coffee beans, alcohol, water, cacao nibs, spices, bittering agents and molasses.

Packaged in a 60 ml cobalt blue glass bottle with a glass dropper.

Blue Coast Bitters are small batch bitters, crafted on the shores of Lake Huron, using all natural locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
